Morel’s founder, Kevin Morel, worked with the renowned Roux brothers in the 1980s and assisted Albert Roux in setting up the UK’s first sous-vide production kitchen. The precisely controlled temperatures in sous-vide lock in flavour and tenderness as well as juices and overall quality of the dish – this guarantees consistently high quality dishes.
All of our dishes are snap-frozen and delivered to you packed in insulated boxes so you can transfer them directly to your freezer. All come with reheating instructions: some will need to be defrosted first, others simply microwaved – either way, all our dishes are really simple to prepare and they taste as great as they day they were created.
